I first trained in Kobido over 10 years ago while working in a luxury spa in Berkshire and have continued to refine my technique ever since. I later undertook extensive training in Paris with a Japanese Kobido master, further deepening my understanding of this traditional art and its ability to lift, sculpt, release tension and support natural rejuvenation.
